Before you buy
What type of coffee can I use?
Briel machines are designed for ground coffee and ESE paper pods — no proprietary single-use plastic capsules. If you grind your own beans, a Briel grinder is the natural match.
Can the machine be repaired?
Yes. Briel machines are fully repairable. During the warranty period, with valid proof of purchase, repairs are free of charge. Outside warranty, you can send the machine to our facilities or schedule a collection; the repair quote has a cost that is deducted from the repair.
How do I buy a spare part?
Spare parts can be ordered through our customer support (apoioclientebriel@bramp.pt). Any modification made inside the machine voids the warranty.
What should I do before first use?
Remove the protective plastic from the intake and outlet tubes and fill the water tank. Switch the machine on and run the extraction button for thirty seconds without the portafilter. Wait for the ready light before every coffee — then pull the perfect espresso.
